POLICIES • There is a 15 minute grace period. Please let me know if you’re gonna be late, so we can either reschedule or see if there is still time to get you in. • No extra guests (including children) allowed at appointment unless they are receiving a service. • Nail art and soak offs MUST be booked along with your service in order to allot the proper time for your appointment. • I do not work over foreign work. A soak off is required and must be booked along with service! • I do NOT offer regular polish, I ONLY offer gel polish. • I reserve the right to refuse service to: damaged nails, open wounds, disease, local infection, and people that ignore policies. • Foul or disorderly conduct/ language will result in a refusal of service. • All services are provided in accordance with TDLR rules and regulations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled an hour before & no call no shows will result in a hold on booking. In order to rebook, you will need to pay half of the balance of your missed appointment. This will not be deducted from the price of your new appointment.
