POLICIES • There is a 15 minute grace period. Please let me know if you’re gonna be late, so we can either reschedule or see if there is still time to get you in. • No extra guests (including children) allowed at appointment unless they are receiving a service. • Nail art and soak offs MUST be booked along with your service in order to allot the proper time for your appointment. • I do not work over foreign work. A soak off is required and must be booked along with service! • I do NOT offer regular polish, I ONLY offer gel polish. • I reserve the right to refuse service to: damaged nails, open wounds, disease, local infection, and people that ignore policies. • Foul or disorderly conduct/ language will result in a refusal of service. • All services are provided in accordance with TDLR rules and regulations.
